Its been nearly 4 months since I started watching my first English Series. I happened to enter my seniors room in office during lunch where he was watching an episode of DEXTER and after watching 10 mins of the episode, I fell in love with the series!!
DEXTER is an American television drama series that debuted on October 1, 2006. This series revolves around Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a blood spatter pattern analyst for Miami Metro Homicide. The suspense/twist of the series is that Dexter Morgan, apart from playing a cop, also plays as a serial killer. But Dexter isn’t an average serial killer as he only kills people who fit a very prolific and specific “moral code” taught to him by his late father Harry.

Harry’s Code
Dexter discovers that a sexual predator is watching Astor. According to Harry’s code, Dexter can’t kill the predator because he is not a killer. Dexter concludes that the code needs to evolve and become his own. He kills the predator.
Dexter’s Connection
Dexter, who claims to have no feelings, is always searching for a connection. He thought he’d found that connection in Miguel Prado and began to share his deepest secrets, only to find out that Miguel was manipulating him. Dexter’s search for connection continues.
Dexter;s sister played by Debra Morgan (Jennifer Carpenter) works at the same Miami Metro Homicide Department where Dexter worked. She eventually goes on to become the Lieutenant. other main characters of this series are Lt. Maria LaGuerta (Lauren Vélez), Sgt. Angel Batista (David Zayas), Harry Morgan (James Remar) Vince Masuka (C.S. Lee) and Det. Joseph ‘Joey’ Quinn (Desmond Harrington)
